Meeting my idol..

with our 1st Malaysian Astronaut..

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone!! :D

after 6 years waiting for this moment, finally i had the chance of meeting our first angkasawan, Dato Dr. Sheikh Muszaphar Shukor during his talk at Management and Science University.. :)

he has been my idol since i was 15 years old.. i admire him from the start of Program Angkasawan Negara until now..

being able to meet him and seat next to him was the happiest moment and a memory that i will never forget.. :)

i hope that one day i will achieve my dream and reaching for my own stars..just like him..

p/s: dream as long as you can..because dream will create hope.. hope will give us the power and strength to achieve it..pray..insya'Allah..your dreams will come true..

         

DR.SHEIKH MUSZAPHAR SHUKOR

Born Sheikh Muszaphar Shukor Al Masrie bin Sheikh Mustapha on July 27, 1972..  he is an orthopedic surgeon and was the first Malaysian to go into space.. He was launched to the International Space Station (ISS) aboard Soyuz TMA-11 on October 10, 2007 in Kazakhstan .. He flew under an agreement with Russia through the Angkasawan Program , and returned to Earth on October 21, 2007..
